This year, I set a goal to read one book a week to expand my mindset, improve my habits, and gain new insights. Below are the books I read in February, along with my key takeaways from each. Let me know if you’ve read any of these or if you have recommendations for my next read!
Eat Right 4 Your Type – A fascinating look at how blood type affects diet, health, and lifestyle choices.
- I found out that Type O is the oldest blood type also known as the “Hunters” I’m supposed to eat red meat!! Before reading this, I hadn’t had red meat in over 6 years. I’m hoping this will help me lose weight and improve my overall health 🙂
The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success – A powerful book on aligning with universal principles to create abundance.
- Now this book, I listened and I read it twice, there are too many gems, I should probably do a video on this 🙂
Negative Self-Talk & How to Change It – A deep dive into shifting inner dialogue to cultivate a more positive mindset.
- This was a very easy read. You could probably read it in one sitting. But it was straight to the point, no fluff. I never thought I was a negative person, but sometimes we let doubt or imposter syndrome creep in, this book will help you fix that. It won’t change overnight, but with repetition, you can change.
The Psychology of Money – A must-read on how emotions and habits shape financial decisions.
- I’m currently reading this one. I’m excited because whenever you watch or read about the top money/self help book, this one is always on the list.
I’m already excited for next month’s reading list! What should I add to my queue? Drop your recommendations in the comments!
